  •  1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  •  1 tsp onion powder
  •  1 tsp smoked paprika
  •  1 tsp dried oregano
  •  1 tsp salt
  •  ½ tsp black pepper
  •  1 lemon, juiced and zested
  •  Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

2️⃣ Make the seasoning mix: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir well to create a flavorful marinade.

3️⃣ Coat the chicken: Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss them thoroughly until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mix.

4️⃣ Arrange on the baking sheet: Spread the chicken bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded for even cooking.
