  • Author: Mark's Recipe
  • Total Time: 35 mins

Description

This Fiery Chicken Ramen combines tender, spiced chicken thighs with a rich and creamy garlic sauce, all served over perfectly cooked ramen noodles. It’s the perfect blend of heat and creaminess, making it an irresistible comfort dish!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

For the Ramen & Sauce:

  • 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, season the chicken thighs with paprika, chili powder, cayenne, garlic powder, and black pepper. Let the chicken rest for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

2️⃣ Cook the Chicken: Heat the cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the pan and let rest before slicing.

3️⃣ Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce: In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce, scraping up any browned bits. Stir in the heavy cream and let simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

4️⃣ Cook the Noodles: While the sauce simmers, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

5️⃣ Assemble the Ramen: Divide the cooked noodles into serving bowls. Pour the creamy garlic sauce over the noodles and top with sliced chicken.

6️⃣ Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle chopped green onions over the dish for extra freshness and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Spice Level: Adjust the cayenne pepper to make it milder or spicier.
  • Extra Creamy? Add an extra splash of heavy cream if you want a richer sauce.
  • Protein Swap: Substitute chicken thighs with shrimp or tofu for a different take on the dish.
  • Toppings: Try adding a soft-boiled egg, sesame seeds, or a drizzle of chili oil for extra flavor!
