This delicious loaded bacon cheeseburger pasta you’ll crave again and again combines wonderful flavors and textures. Made with short pasta (penne, ground beef, and 6 slices beef bacon (cooked and crispy), it’s a satisfying dish that’s perfect for any pasta lover.

- 8 ounces short pasta (penne, rotini, or elbow macaroni)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices beef bacon (cooked and crispy)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Sprinkle the crispy beef bacon into the skillet with the beef. Stir well to combine and let flavors meld for about 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and add the cream cheese and shredded sharp cheddar to the skillet. Stir until melted and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Gently fold in the cooked pasta, making sure it’s coated with the creamy meat mixture. Toss for about 1-2 minutes.
