Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces short pasta (penne, rotini, or elbow macaroni)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices beef bacon (cooked and crispy)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Sprinkle the crispy beef bacon into the skillet with the beef. Stir well to combine and let flavors meld for about 2 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low and add the cream cheese and shredded sharp cheddar to the skillet. Stir until melted and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
